Scope 1
With Stationary Combustion, it is an easy decision to decide whether you want to record your stationary combustion by volume of weight.
Mobile Combustion is taken care of with our comprehensive data set, for vehicle fuel efficiency. Activity can be in the form of: fuel used; distance travelled; or utilising custom emissions factors.
Refrigerants can seem daunting to calculate, but we make it easy. Simply select your relevant calculation method: Sales (Product); Sales (User); Lifecycle Stage.
Scope 2
We make this easy. Upload your electricity invoice into Lumen Corporate Carbon Management and the application does the rest. Then we calculate your electricity carbon footprint direct from the data on your invoice by department.
Scope 3
Does your corporate travel agent use Axion travel software? If so, you’re in good hands. Your flights, taxis, and accommodation are all passed through our direct API with Axion, ensuring a hands-free calculation to transportation.
Radiative forcing (RF) is a measure of the additional environmental impact of aviation. These include emissions of nitrous oxides and water vapour when emitted at high altitude. You can select to apply RF to your business air travel to ensure you capture the maximum impact of your travel. However, it should be noted that there is significant scientific uncertainty around the magnitude of the additional environmental impacts of aviation. So, the important thing is to be consistent from one year to the next, to help ensure ease of comparison.
You can also configure your own custom emission factors, which enables you to override the default international factors, with those specific to your company and geography.
