Gentlemen, I used to teach four types of exchange:<br />
1. No exchange (rip-off)<br />
2. Poor Exchange (some value but not to the expected standards)<br />
3. Fair Exchange (expected level of service and quality)<br />
4. Exchange in Abundance (Better than expected quality, service, care, etc.)<br />
Most businesses operate on the 3rd type of exchange, however only the 4th type guarantees growth and long term survival. Well done on your superlative service.<br /><br />
The label macro is working perfectly and we’ve almost caught up the backlog.<br /><br />
